Raft Racing
Up for a stag do activity that requires brains, brawn and team work? If you're interested in doing something different, try raft racing at a countryside site 30 minutes from Birmingham city centre.
Raft racing is a classic construction task with a competitive edge. Before you can race the rafts, you need to build them. On arrival at the site, the whole stag party will be split into two teams and supplied with all the kit needed to build the rafts. Planning time is allocated but the deadline is tight and the materials pretty basic. Can you come up with the goods when the going gets a bit tricky?
When the rafts are ready to go it's time to hit the water. A river runs through the site and you'll be racing the rafts on it. The team to cross the finish line first will earn the right to lord it over the opposition for the rest of the stag do.
Raft racing is only available in certain locations and Birmingham is one of the few. Grab the chance to try an alternative stag activity that makes a change from the usual adrenaline-charged events.
