Weekday Worldies Olympics Special Continued
Last week's Weekday Worldies were Olympics themed and we thought we would carry that trend on this week. To stop at just five worldies from the Games would have been unfair on both the athletes and you as the public.
Here are another five Weekday Worldies we have spotted in Rio so far...
@jacque1212
Standing at 6'1", this brunette bombshell makes for the perfect volleyball player you'd most definitely want on your side of the net. With two gold medals around her neck and a Best Spiker award from the 2010 FIVB World Grand Prix, expect great things from Jacqueline when she's at it in Rio.
@alyraisman
An original Fierce Five member, Aly returns to the Olympics as captain for the Women's Gymnastics team. A decorated gymnast, the multi-medalist has also competed on Dancing with the Stars and posed for ESPN's Body issue.
@dariaklishina
Competing in the track and field category, Darya's favoured event is the long jump. This year marks the athlete/model's first ever attempt to win big at the Olympic Games, but the Russian will be a winner with us no matter what.
@emmacoburn
Just try and catch up with Emma Coburn. After making quite the name for herself as the youngest runner on the American team at the 2012 Olympics, she plans on proving exactly why she's labelled one of the best 3000m steeplechasers around at this year's Olympics.
@kassidycook13
Making her Olympic debut this year, the baby-faced Kassidy Cook is diving head first into the 3m springboard competition. The diver has a long list of gold medals and will be making a splash on our television screens over the coming days!
