Archery

Archery is an epic activity for a Bristol stag weekend. The medieval sport of kings is still going strong today. And thanks to modern bow-making technology, you no longer have to have arms like tree trunks to pull the string back! You'll be using lightweight bows, which are traditional in shape but easy to handle.

With enthusiastic instructors teaching the lads how to handle a bow, get the arrow on the string and take the shot, you'll be hitting bullseyes in no time. Take aim at traditional archery targets. Some of them are fitted with exploding centres, though, so be prepared for a few surprises!

Add archery to your Bristol stag weekend for a totally awesome shooting experience. Firing a gun is fun, but there's nothing like loosing off an arrow and feeling like Robin Hood. You can do archery as a standalone stag weekend activity, or incorporate it into a bigger shooting package. Upgrade to our 'zombie shooting' afternoon, and you get to use traditional bows, crossbows, and assault rifles on an army of 3D zombie models!
