Toss the caber, wang the welly and throw the hammer. Why come all the way to Glasgow on a stag weekend if you're not going to play like a real Scotsman?!
Our mini Highland Games are the perfect partner to a weekend of partying in Glasgow's pubs and clubs. Get out of the city for a dose of fresh air and good clean fun as you launch the caber end over end and put your back into the tug o' war!
Throwing a caber is all about balance and core strength. It's a lot harder than it looks. You and the boys will be helpless with laughter as the groom tries and fails to stay standing with a massive bit of wood upended in his hands. Facebook uploads are a must.
Superb staff keep your motivation levels high during the four brilliant events, teaching you the safest techniques for tossing, wanging and chucking. Fancy dress is optional but encouraged. Real men throw the wood in a kilt!
A mini Highland games is one of the best stag weekend activities we've seen in ages. It's physical enough to get the blood pumping, tricky enough to be interesting and guaranteed to be different. Slap on the war paint and get involved!
