The ultimate coastal challenge! A coasteering stag weekend in Newquay will see you get intimate with Cornwall's jagged cliffs, plunge pools, sea caves and rugged rock faces. The adrenaline rush beats bungee jumping hands down.
The idea is to travel round a section of coastline using nothing but your body. That means jumping into open waters off cliff ledges as low as 2ft and as high as 30ft if you're up for it! You'll be swimming in sea caves, plunging into pools, scrambling over rocks and climbing.
On arrival at the surf school and activity centre, you'll be met by a senior coasteering instructor with intimate knowledge of Newquay's coastline. After a quick safety briefing, you'll be kitted out with the necessary gear and then it's time to take the plunge, literally!
A must for the bucket list, coasteering will make you feel superhuman. There's no bigger adrenaline rush than fighting the forces of nature and winning. Plus, you'll wash away all that post-beer bleariness with some refreshing (i.e. cold, there's a reason for wetsuits you know!) seawater and death defying leaps.
