Take a last look at the view, from 13 m up in the air. Then leap off the platform for a nut-shrinking freefall to ground level, held only by a harness. If you're looking for a stag party challenge that'll really test the groom, you just found it!
You've got to have balls of solid brass to do this without screaming. Taking place at an epic outdoor venue on the edge of Reading, this activity is all about toughing it out. With the rest of the stag party watching and egging you on, the only way is down!
You'll be able to see the whole of Reading's best outdoor centre from the tiny platform at the top of this ridiculously tall pole. The ground looks very far away indeed... But don't worry. It might look and feel scary as hell, but this freefall jump is safe as houses. You'll be strapped into a full body harness, which is attached to a zipline that stops you from falling to your doom. Instead, you'll leap from the pole to the ground like Batman.
This is a great challenge for pranking the stag, but it's even better if everyone has a go! We recommend doing it as part of a package of adventure activities. You can do all sorts at this centre, from laser combat to high ropes courses.
In a nutshell:
- Leap from a 13 m pole and freefall attached to a harness
- Professional instructor
- All safety equipment
This activity is usually combined with others to make a package.
