Segways
The perfect activity for a Reading stag weekend, Segways will test your skills and speed. You will race a bunch of Segways round a course dotted with carefully placed markers. No experience needed; Segway training is included. Once you've learned how to ride them, hit the course and see who can get round quickest. You race in teams. The losers buy the first round later!
Segway training is half the fun. This isn't like driving a car or quad, and it's way more exciting than riding a bike. It's all in how you move your body. Segways respond to your movements. You control which direction the Segway goes and how fast. It's funny, intense and unlike anything else out there. It has to be tried at least once!
When you're comfortable riding the Segways, one person from each team hits the slalom course. This is great as you get the rush of going head-to-head and the thrill of competing as part of a team. Best of both worlds.
If you're wondering which outdoor activity to choose for your Reading stag weekend, Segways is a great place to start. Pretty much anyone can do this. Learning to ride one is fairly easy and you'll have a blast racing round the course. Get on board and give it some welly!
