Leap into space attached only to a rope. No, it isn't bungee. It's the ancient - and completely awesome - art of abseiling!
Abseiling is one of the key skills in advanced climbing. We're giving you the opportunity to learn it in the epic surroundings of the Peak District. Come out to the Hathersage and Castleton area of the Peaks for a challenging, fun afternoon. You really will 'learn the ropes' on this one!
Add abseiling to your stag do in Sheffield, and get the lads out of the bars for a few hours. West Street will still be there when you get back! While less adventurous stags are still lying in bed complaining about their hangovers, you lot will be strapping into safety harnesses and stepping off a bridge.
If you thought abseiling was all about walking down a rocky surface to solid ground, think again! Real abseiling involves descending from a high point using just your rope. You'll be suspended in midair, dozens of feet above the ground. Oh, and it isn't ground, either. If you're up for the full abseiling experience on your Sheffield stag do, these guys will get you roping straight into moving water!
You don't have to do the water drop if you don't want to. You can do the bridge drop onto dry land, and there are also solid cliff abseils you can do. Pick your terrain, and take the leap of faith!
